* GrainSync bears no responsibility for verifying the accuracy of user-submitted prices
* Submitted price data may be publicly displayed, aggregated, analyzed, or used for market research purposes
* GrainSync reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, remove, or reject any submitted data
* Upon submission, users irrevocably grant GrainSync a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the submitted price data
* Price data submission is subject to additional terms as set forth in Section 4 of our Terms of Agreement
5. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
